I illustrated and animated a Postal Inspector named "Pat Panda" as a child-friendly way to present the dangers that fraudulent activities pose to our communities and how the Postal Inspectors work to curb these crimes.
I built a digital puppet from scratch in Adobe Character Animator and rigged Pat to be animated while speaking by show expressions, and added physics to the movement of their appendages and clothing.
